Sweet dreams are made of these ...

Should I be worried that I seem to be recycling my dreams? Every morning I wake up to some dream that I have had before. Maybe some minor details were changed (like new characters, etc) but the essential storyline and plot are the same.

*sigh*

Does this mean that my imagination has come to a stand still?

*shudder*

Dreams are a pigment of your imagination, sometimes it is only the reflection of your last thought before you go to bed.

Don't think too much, it will ruin what you dream after this...

*hugs*

Just take it as mainan tidur, eh? But I'm just so bored with my dreams ... I haven't dreamt of being a man for so long ... I just want a little variety, you know?

I know. And I do understand. But we can't plot our dream. Maybe you should try to find a focus for your dream, perhaps u may get your wish to dream of being a man... (Just a simple opinion)

Anyway, as for me, the more we think about what to dream, the more it seem to be impossible.

Listen "Dream a little dream of me" - It always help me sometimes, hee...

Seriously, dreaming as a man is a marvelous revelation. The power in their body, the ability to move faster, hit harder, being taller ... I understand why they can be oppressive (intentionally or otherwise). It is a seductive feeling and it would be so easy to succumb to it and just be mean and evil.

It is amazing.

The idea for a dream focus is a good one. However, I have terrible sleeping habits. I often fall asleep, forgetting to turn off the lights. Or having to chase Isya' at 5.30 in the morning. *grin*

I never viewed it that way. I deleted my opinion on this topic over and over again, to avoid misunderstanding of the context I wanted to justify.

Oh well, you should try one night, clear everything that may impedes, and just dream focus.

Good luck.. (",)

Sorry Snuze.. I do find this issue quite interesting to discuss, I am a sucker for anything relating to gender issue.

surprisingly there are lots of well made movies abt dreams...to think that film makers actually make an effort to remember the dreaming process and turn it into a movie is not that freaky after all...

Inception.

Cik Pidah: Mung tidur mati habis. :D Aku rasa mung mesti mimpi nyer, cuma tak hengat jer bila bangun.

Zu: Except for Inception, I don't get all these dream movies. I am a very literal person, all these subtleties just fly over my head and I get confused and think that it's just another orang gila movie.

Inception ... I bought the DVD but haven't re-watched it yet since I haven't paid my pal (she bought it over Amazon and had the stuff shipped over to my house with her stuff). JGL and Tom Hardy ... *swoon*

Naz: Gender stuff can be fun but sometimes reading the Western feminist blogs/articles ... I feel that they over think it. Getting gender parity is important, but some of the petty stuff they rant about ... sheesh, there are bigger problems, ok? Try and look at the bigger picture.

most of my dreams are a reflection of my actual response to whatever's currently happening in my life, so... try new things and get new dreams?

:D

Angela: New stuff, huh? Like what? Base jumping? Extreme ironing?

those are but 2 possibilities!
